Although our Staff works diligently and tirelessly, the vision of the ministry is much greater than the Staff. In order for Wheaton Christian Center Church to be all it can be, our Staff members enthusiastically unite with the leaders and members of the ministry, to work together to make our church successful. We are committed to unselfishly serving each other. This is what Membership Care is all about!
As ministries grow, maintaining relationship becomes increasingly challenging. As a church family, we strive to care for the needs of others to the best of our capacity, with the help of the Lord. This initiative is facilitated through our Membership Care structure. This system divides Chicagoland geographically into areas led by Care Ministers. Neighborhood Ministers assist the Care Ministers in caring for the needs of our church members, and providing a much needed relational support system.
We have found that serving God’s people is incredibly rewarding. It is a great privilege, but also a great responsibility. Jesus said that His disciples would be identified by their love one for another (John 13:35). Our goal is to make Wheaton Christian Center Church a place where the love of God is not only taught, but demonstrated on a consistent basis.
