As believers, we have the great privilege and exciting opportunity to labor in the Kingdom of God and touch lives for Jesus Christ! We confess that all of our members are “full-time ministers.” The work of a volunteer leader is invaluable in enabling the church to carry out the vision that God has given through its leadership.
Here at WCC, we realize the great responsibility we have under God, and we have made a decision to serve our Savior with excellence! We believe in doing our work for Christ “decently and in order.” We believe that every believer should be bi-vocational, having a responsibility both to their career and to the local church.
We hope that you will spend time in prayer considering your role in this ministry. We firmly believe that there is a place of leadership for every person called to be a part of our church. It is our prayer that God’s people will discover their gifts and use them in His service.
